A conditional zoning public hearing will be held at the 11/7/24 City Council meeting.

City of Lincolnton Public Hearings
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall located at 114 West Sycamore Street, Lincolnton, NC concerning the following:
CZ-4-2024- Application from Sam's Xpress Car Wash requesting a conditional district rezoning of 4.02 acres of land from Planned Business (PB) District to the Highway Commercial (HC) District for the purpose of constructing a car wash with fuel islands. The subject property is located on the west side of North Generals Blvd. approximately 1,400 feet south of the intersection of North Generals Blvd. and Sigmon Road. (Parcel ID 58277).
Parties in interest and citizens shall have the opportunity to be heard and may obtain further information on the scheduled public hearing from the Planning Department on the second floor of City Hall located at 114 West Sycamore Street, Lincolnton 28092.
