The City of Lincolnton provides free curbside leaf pick-up service from October 15 through February 15. All leaves must be raked to the curb without any other limbs, debris, or other materials that interfere with the city leaf vacuum equipment. Mixed piles will not be collected!
Rake leaves to the street at the curb, not in your yard. The leaf vacuum does not reach into yards.
Yard Waste
Between March and September, all yard waste, leaves, and other yard debris must be bagged in heavy-duty garbage bags that can be picked up manually for collection. Only bagged yard waste placed at the curb will be collected. Loose yard debris is not collected except during leaf season pick-up.
