The picnic shelter at Highland Drive Park comes equipped with 2 restrooms and picnic tables. The shelter may be used on a first come, first serve basis during the months from November to March. The shelter may be rented for parties, meetings or other occasions during the months of April through October. The cost to rent the shelter is as follows; Monday - Saturday 8 AM - 7 PM is $50.00 (City Resident), $75.00 (Non-City Resident). Sunday 3 PM - 7 PM is $40.00 (City Resident), $60.00 (Non-City Resident). Water (other than restrooms) and electricity WILL NOT be provided.
